How we handle your information.
What we collect. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, your company, your email address, your phone number, the type of deal you are asking about, and your message. Nothing else, and nothing you have not typed in yourself.
Why we collect it. Only to respond to your enquiry and to carry on that conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not contact us about.
Who sees it. Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through our form provider, Web3Forms, which passes the message on and does not use it for its own purposes. Beyond that, we do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone.
Your consent. The tick box on the form is your consent to be contacted about your enquiry, as required by the Protection of Personal Information Act. You can withdraw it at any time.
Having your details removed. Ask us to delete your information and we will, along with the enquiry it came from. Message us on WhatsApp on +27 67 642 4545 and it will be done.
